    Damages

    The Technology Department will access the damages, fix the device, and apply all charges to the students'. Complete the 1:1 Student Device Incident Report and Technology will contact you as soon as possible.

    Lost/Stolen

    A lost or stolen device should be reported immediately to the Police and the police report brought to the District Office during summer hours. Complete the 1:1 Student Device Incident Report and Technology will contact you as soon as possible.

    Moving

    Families who plan on moving/transferring over the summer can drop off device(s) at the District Office during summer hours and complete the 1:1 Student Device Incident Report  to schedule a drop off.
