The Business Services Department is managed by Associate Superintendent Rais Abassi. The following departments fall under the Business Services Department:

Fiscal Services – Elaine Mendoza, Director of Fiscal Services. The Fiscal services department is responsible for Accounts Receivable/Payable, Payroll and Benefits.

Food Services & Purchasing – Irene Vargas, Director of Nutrition Services and Purchasing. The Department monitors breakfast and lunch services for all school sites. It also provides catering and other food services outside of the school District. Food Service supports nutrition throughout the school district.

Maintenance, Operations, Transportation and Safety (M.O.T.S) - The Maintenance Department, under the direction of George Anzo, is responsible for all maintenance projects from work orders to inventory, from custodial issues to broken windows. MOTS also supports the school district with transportation for all school sites making sure that children arrive and depart from school safely.

Technology Services Department – Clemente Villarreal, Director of Technology Services, is responsible for all technology within the Alisal Union School District.
